What is an EL311 transformer?

The EL311 transformer, designed by TOPTRON, is ideal for motorhome electrical management. It enables efficient distribution of 12V power, safely supplying essential appliances such as the fridge and TV. Thanks to its integrated control unit, you can easily check the battery voltage, ensuring optimum monitoring of your electrical system. What’s more, the EL311 transformer is fully compatible with the EL305 control panel and EL355 battery charger, ensuring seamless integration into your installation.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
