Power plant repair Pilot P3
What is a Pilote P3 power plant?
The Pilote P3 power station from CRAMER meets the energy needs of motorhomes and vans. Just like an electrical block or a circuit board, it supplies electricity and distributes power to motorhome appliances such as the refrigerator, TV, lighting and air conditioning. It also performs the functions of a battery charger, making this box a “combined charger/distributor”. These 2 functions ensure the safety and efficiency of the vehicle’s electrical system. This type of electrical block is fitted to various makes of older-generation motorhomes.

The repair process at the P3 pilot power plant
If your CRAMER power station has one of these faults, we’ve got the solution! Have the electrical block repaired by our team of electronics technicians. By choosing to repair your part, you avoid throwing it away and buying an expensive new part, the production of which will be harmful to the environment.
Our repair services involve taking charge of your electronic box directly in our workshops. Our technicians will carry out a complete diagnosis of your part’s functions, make functional repairs to faulty elements, and carry out preventive maintenance on damaged or worn components. Our services come with a 1-year warranty on motorhome, van and van parts.
Our customer service team will be happy to discuss repair solutions for your electronic equipment.
How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?
Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
Customer service : Our customer service team is on hand to answer any technical or practical questions you may have. Our switchboard is open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm, on 09 72 10 22 50. You can also contact us by email at info@repturn.com.
