To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You can then make a new "service request" and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part.
