What is a PC250-EM panel?
The PC-250EM control panel (often associated with CBE systems) is an advanced electronic management system for motorhomes. Connected to the DS-450EM distribution box, it enables precise control of the vehicle’s resources via a digital LCD display.
Unlike other models, the PC250-EM offers a percentage display of water levels (clean and used), monitors interior and exterior temperature, and intelligently manages battery recharging (B1 motor and B2 cell), including via solar panel or alternator. It also incorporates safety alarms (step out, low batteries, full tanks).
What are the most common faults encountered on a PC250-EM control panel?
Despite its robustness, this electronic panel can be damaged by component wear or power surges. The most common malfunctions we deal with are :
- Control panel won’t switch on: The display remains black and no function responds, even if the power supply appears to be correct.
- Incorrect motor battery reading: The panel displays inconsistent voltage values for battery B1, or triggers unjustified discharge alarms.
- LCD display errors (missing or unreadable pixels).

How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?
Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 (excl. VAT) return for mainland France and Corsica (€21 (excl. VAT) outward and €13 (excl. VAT) return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44). For countries in the euro zone, outside France, the cost is €46 (excl. VAT) return. For countries outside the euro zone, transport costs will be quoted on request.
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
